"Joseph and his team have been very professional and responsive to me. I have over a dozen policies with his office and in other states. Joseph helped me track down some bills from last year that I couldn't figure out using my portal to their website of which many policies only show policy numbers. I will give the State Farm website only two stars, which is causing more work for their local offices."
