"April Bogle is Joseph Lau's Service Manager and she is amazing! Her knowledge about insurance procedures and intricacies is superb. She is also well versed in legal issues. Her ability to navigate automotive law allows her to do what few others can. For example, in November of 2022 April was driving a 2020 Tundra on the interstate in New Mexico. At that time, her husband was in the passenger seat reviewing texts on April's phone. Using his own phone he began photographing texts that were very inappropriate. With masterful skill, April abruptly pulled off the roadway onto the shoulder. Stopping the Tundra quickly. She then exited the driver's seat onto the pavement. Her husband, who happened to be recovering from anaphylactic shock at the time, also exited the Tundra to avoid being pummeled by April. An experience he had been victim to in 2021. So, in order to avoid being assaulted, her weakened husband fled for his safety. April, aggravated that her phone texts had been discovered, proceeded to chase her husband with the Tundra. Her husband darted across the lanes hoping she would stop pursuing him. To his surprise, April chased him across the busy interstate. He ran into the grassy median and across the opposite side of the interstate. April followed in the Tundra. It continued because her husband went back across the expanse. April followed again, this time staying in the median keeping pace with her weary husband. Once April reached a cable barricade, she had to stop. Her husband called 911 for help. April fled the scene. New Mexico Highway Patrol found April's husband and drove him to a nearby truck stop. Here is where April's expertise with automotive law went into play. By denying that she illegally traversed the interstate, April was able to abandon her husband and drive home to Ahwatukee. Her husband was left at the nearby truck stop, ill, penniless, exhausted and alone. This is what April Bogle can do. Like a good neighbor, let April help you navigate life."
